Creation of a Layout of the Bespoke Exhibition Stand Design
After the conceptualization stage, it’s time to create your bespoke exhibition stand design layout. Our designers develop this using 3D max so that you can see exactly what your stand will look like when built. You will also receive free 3D visuals (5-6 business days).
Next, our fabricators will take your trade show stand design and build your booth according to the agreed specifications based on the 3D stand design. You’ll also receive graphic design mock-ups for approval and frequent check-ins to ensure you’re happy with how the build is going.
To build the best bespoke exhibition stand, we employ something called the “Rule of Thirds,” which involves separating your event space visually into nine segments or functional zones. We can use each zone to serve a specific purpose. For example, one segment can be dedicated to product displays, another to live demonstrations, counter areas, and so on.
This way, your booth remains organized, and visitors can also go through each zone without getting overwhelmed with various elements and stimuli. Each zone serves as a focal point and can also be used to gently guide booth visitors through your marketing funnel.
