The supervisor carries the approved technical drawings, the component inventory list, and the 3D render. Every decision on-site is made against those references.

Dismantling: Managed as Carefully as Installation

Dismantling is often treated as an afterthought. Poor dismantling damages components, loses inventory, and creates problems for the next show. Rushed or unsupervised breakdown results in stand materials returned with surface damage, structural elements with missing fixings, and storage deliveries that cannot be properly inventoried.

Maverick supervises dismantling with the same team that managed installation. Components are packed in the same crates they arrived in, checked against the inventory list, and transported to our European storage facilities or directly to the next venue.

If you exhibit at multiple shows, storing your stand with us between events — and shipping directly from storage to the next venue — is significantly more cost-effective than rebuilding from scratch each time.
